This question isn't specific enough.

You could make a boolean value for a round, and see if its true or false. If its true, it moves onto the next round. If its false, it does nothing. I will demonstrate:

rounds = false
roundcount = 0
if rounds == true then
for i = 1, roundcount do
roundcount = roundcount + 1
b = Instance.new("Message", Workspace)
b.Text = "Round "..roundscount.." is starting, Good luck!"
wait(3)
b:Destroy()
end
end

rounds = true

As you can see, we made a boolean value for a round variable, and we set a roundcount variable so that it keeps track of the rounds. You could use the boolean value "rounds" in a new fresh part of the script and make it so that it will be set true every minute. I hope this helped. =D
