I want to make a model transform or change into a different model after a set amount of time. e.g A boy or girl model transforming into a monster model. If this is possible please help?

Well, yes. It's quite simple. Say if I have a 'Dummy' model. With a script, I could simple clone a model from ServerStorage, Position it where the Dummy is, and delete the dummy. If you want to show it slowly, like it evolving, then that's something a bit different. Next time, try to attempt the script, before asking. Hope I helped!

Based on what you said about "evolving". You can just do that by adding a series of models that go in an order of changing.
In addition to Grenaderade's suggestion, you can also increase the transparency of the 'regular' model while increasing the setting the transparency of the 'monster' model closer to 0. It would look cheesy, yes, but it is one way to approach this :P
