Common studio shortcuts?

I was wondering if there was any way I could create custom methods or functions that I could use universally in both the command bar in studio and in scripts. I've tried several different ideas in the past, and I couldn't get any of them to load in studio.

Hackers would utilize such things both in-game and in studio to script your games. Anyway, this is not possible in any other scripting language as far as i know.
