How do I make an admin script for a certain group and rank? (Kohl's admin GUI only)

I use kohl's admin GUI for my group but I want to configure it so people in my group with a certain rank can use the admin without me manually putting in all their usernames. I do see a group Id and rank ID setting but when I insert my group and rank ID's nothing happen. Is there anything I am doing wrong?

I use that group ID and rank ID thing on the script and it works just fine for me. Try inserting a new one as that script may be outdated or you may of accidently deleted some code without realising.
