Is it possible to make other forms of code instead of Rbx.lua??

Alright, This person named WebGL3D has made the Roblox Equivalent of JQuery, which He calls RQuery what I am wondering is if, since he made that(Which you are able to script with in a normal roblox script) if you could make other forms of it as well, say like insted of JQuery, we make a form of JavaScript, or HTML?

I thought I should ask just to see if this was even possible.
