This question is to broad and not necessarily related to scripting. (You should use the Roblox Animation plugin)

I'd suggest using [this plugin]http://www.roblox.com/Animation-Editor-item?id=144373835) by ROBLOX. Then simply upload it to ROBLOX as an animation.
