I woke up this morning with a third of the reputation I had yesterday. I looked at my previous answers to questions and questions I've asked, and I have negative reputation on all of them. Someone is apparently committing hate crimes on the site. How should I go about this? I'm already pretty certain it's JaJa.

It's happened to me too, ask a moderator and they will determine whether it was malicious or not.
Maybe your answers or questions were irrelevant.
No, my answers worked fine. I tested them myself and got reputation from them. Additionally, it happened to all of my posts at the same time.
Message one of the site administrators (e.g., kenetec) about your issue, they have access to those logs.
