I can't vouch for it, but Khan Academy has a series on trig.
BlueTaslem also posted a good answer to this question. Remember, search is your friend!
Beyond that, we really can't help you here. Trigonometry is just a tool you can use for scripting, nothing more, nothing less. If you try to implement something utilizing trig and it doesn't work, by all means post the code here and we'll debug it with you, but a really general question like this can only get really general answers.
