Should I use scale or offset? This gui will be used on computers not phones or tablets.

Is it possible to make a Gui look the same on any *computer* screen? [HELP!]

Yes. When you insert any GUI item, resize it and position it using scale only. So, instead of the size (or position) being {0, 100} {0, 100}, remove the 100's and edit only the first numbers, so it would be {1, 0} {1, 0}. A really easy way to do this is use bobafett3544's GUITweak plugin (http://www.roblox.com/GUI-Tweak-V1-2-item?id=185123829).

What do you mean by "look the same"? What happens if it's too big / too small? What do you really want?
Well a gui might be far off the screen on a 1080 screen but it looks fine on an 720 screen
It might also look compressed on a 480 screen how could I make the GUI adjust to a screen?
