Use Roblox's Animator Editor Plugin (http://www.roblox.com/Animation-Editor-item?id=144373835) through Roblox Studio. Wiki: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Animations Personally, I recommend you to practice a bit before you create something advance like a sprinting animation. Try small things first, such as simple gestures.
