Im about to make a script for a fly speed regulator that above 350 mph you turn red etc P.S. I can script that I just need to know do i put that in a local script or a regular script?

Depends, is FilteringEnabled? If it is then you can only do it in a regular script, otherwise both types of scripts would work.
