Yes, datastores can save a bool value.
Yes, DataStore can save anything with an exception of Instances.

How would it be able to save a bool value though? Would it be the same as saving a numbervalue?
You can save it the same as you do with any other primitive type: ds:SetAsync(key, true/false)
