How to run an Animation that was created using Animation plugin?

If it's to change a character animation, watch this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgCi3xqZAR8 In the description, there will be a link to the script. The video will go along what to do with the script and how to change the default character animations.

This is not a Request site you're suppose to look into it try a script show us/tell us what you tried then let us help you from then on. Please do not ask for scripts...
But its a simple question............ And I didn't find it on the wiki Im only requesting the PLAY function ... not a hole script
