IntValue between two limits/greater or smaller than?

I want to test if the value of an IntValue is greater than 1,000 but smaller than 10,000. Can someone help me with that? I want to use it to change the way a cost is displayed. Let me put it into an example.

  • Research Iron [ $ 1,500 ] - (This is the way I want it to display)
  • Research Iron [ $ 1500 ] - (I get it like this)
