Why are different rigs offset with the animation ingame, but in the editor they seem fine?

I have animations for holding a scythe, and swinging it. With the mesh rig in the editor it looks like this: https://ibb.co/6WXKJBD

In-game it looks the same but the block rig in the editor looks like this:

and in-game, the rig is off a little bit. Why is this?
