How do I make my own HDAdmin Module?

I'm inspecting the source code of HD Admin

So HD admin modules have a :GetModule function, how do I make my own module or does anybody have the location of the HD:GetModule function so I can probably modify it.

You can try Shift+Ctrl+F since it will check EVERY code in the game to find a specific keyword.

This dosen't really help, As I was asking a more complicated question of how do I make it so I can use the HD admin source in other modules, But thanks for trying to help and I appreciate it.
