I cant figure out how to make a teleportation pad?

Im making a speed run game and i cant figure out how to make the ending teleport the player to the spawn of the next map

I have a Teleport model link: https://www.roblox.com/library/10708342392/Theking66hayday-Teleport-System To make more of these simply change the value by 1 on each teleporter and go into script in Teleport tag up it by one in both teleporters.
