You likely won't find a roblox specific tutorial for something like this but the concepts you need are easily translated.
For instance, generating a minecraft style terrain map with infinite scrolling is a simple as generating layered noise based on the position of the player in the world.
Search parameters that might be helpful included, layered noise and marching cubes. You'll only really need marching cubes if you intend on generating poly terrain rather than block terrain.
I was not able to find out how to make it inf but I made an non inf one and thats fine for now
