Pick 3 random plyrs to be zombies?

Hey I'm making a zombie game where people are the zombies and the rest of the people are survivors but how can I make a script so that 3 people are randomly choosen to be put on team zombies and rest of the players are on team survivors and if a plyr on team survivors dies he is switched to team zombies and can't switch back to survivors if this doesn't explain enough sorry
