When ever I try to test a script or to test a game that I've been working on, Roblox Studio freezes and crashes. Any suggestions to fix it?

The crashing could be caused by a repeat loop like the 'while true do end' loop, which will run infinity at the same time, without a 'wait' method in the loop, otherwise, I have that same problem, it happens for no reason, sadly, I have no idea what causes it, I think it's a bug Roblox has to fix. :/
