How to make a choose a pet/starter pokemon intro gui?

So, i was trying to make a choose a pet intro gui thing, kind of like pokemon where when you come in, there is a menu gui thing, and you choose your starter pokemon. I was trying to make that, but with different types of dragons (earth, fire, and water) But i don't know how.... Please help. (I would also appreciate if u sent me a good model for this, although i try not to use very many models)
