Mouselock Glitch Won't work?

Upon starting up my game the players mouselock won't work can anyone help me on how to fix this. Here are a list of things I have done that have failed.

1. Making a camera fix tool.
2. Create new weapons.
3. Remove all guis Someone please help?

How does this relate to scripting?

PS: What is the "mouselock glitch"?

I think you have a gui with one of the items in the gui having set the "Modal" value to True, this means the mouse can move free in first person, and also free on 3th person with mouselock.
