Can anyone grant me resources that would help me with this project? I am basically wanting to get rid of Roblox avatars and have the players load into the game with a character that was created before hand.

Where to start when wanting characters to load into the game with my game character?

Create a dummy and name it 'StarterCharacter' then put the model inside StarterPlayer. Make sure its properly welded together with motor6ds with a humanoid and a root part. Characters will start with that model.

and also make sure nothing is anchored... many people can get confused on why they are floating in the air when they have a startercharacter that is anchored.
