I have seen that they removed the topbar transparency function and I was wondering if anyone has a script to black it out?

The easiest way to do this is to go into toolbox and search Topbar color changer.
If you want to make it yourself, let me know and I'll give you a tutorial.

Are you trying to make your GUI fill this entire screen?
