How to make a gui appear each time a player joins?

I am trying to make a gui with a text and a button to take it out and i did all the gui steps and when i test play in roblox studio the joining gui appears and works perfectly (the game is locked on first person) but when i join the game in the normal roblox website the joining gui dosent appear and ive tried putting it in lightning and starter gui, i have 2 other guis on startergui one of them a realism mod plugin and one of them a crosshair but they work unlike the joining gui that dosent appear on normal roblox, any help? and if i need a remote thing, please tell me the remote scripts and where to put the remote events.

Do you want this GUI to appear for everyone?

@tatiana0875, there are some tutorials on youtube, your question doesn't fit the site's purpose.

Hi I may have an answer for your question. You can use remote events. Read this article. I suggest you do server-all clients if you want everyone to see the Gui. https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/articles/Remote-Functions-and-Events

You should also use the playeradded event so whenever the player joins the gui pops up.

https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/event/Players/PlayerAdded

hope these links will help you!

There is another more simple way to this.

step 1. make a screen gui and add a frame step 2. insert this code in a normal script in workspace

local gui = game.StarterGui.ScreenGui.Frame
gui.Visible = false
local Players = game:GetService("Players")

Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(player)
	print(player.Name .. " joined the game!")
	gui.Visible = true
end)

Players.PlayerRemoving:Connect(function(player)
	print(player.Name .. " left the game!")
	gui.Visible = false
end)

hope this helps

you don't need remote events for this, unless you want the server to see it too. your script won't work because you're referencing the startergui not the playergui.
