Chatted:connect randomly instancing bricks??? WHAT???

I cant even begin to find the error....

Idk I mean a couple days ago when someone chatted it would connect and Instance a brick WITHOUT INSTANCE.NEW()?!?!?!? HOW?!!?!?

Anyways...

I cant seem to get the chatted to work It just doesnt want to work..
