How can I create a nametag which displays the leaderstats value?

Similar to TTD3 and their level system, I wish to have a nametag above the player's head which shows said player's username and how long they've been in the game. My leaderstats value is named 'In-Game Time' and it goes up by 1 every 60 seconds. Any help is appreciated!
