terrain or parts?who make more lag

whether the terrain can make lag? because I have a very long field 10024x10024 but not too deep or big just long, will it make lag? or just use part?

I understand your concern but I don't think lag will be much of an issue, personally I'd go with whichever suits the aesthetic of your game more! :)
