I saw an option on the API Wiki Page but it doesn't explain how to use the CustomizedTeleportUI option. Could some one please explain thanks.

I'm not sure if you read the explained one, but this wiki gives a great explanation on it. Basically, you can make your own custom Teleport GUI, and have it used in your game when a player is being teleported to a different place.
