how can i make a randomized place jumpscare but doesnt go out of the area i want it to happen and goes on forever and still moves atleast 1 block under it. im making a staircase game

i meant like jumpscares randomly but the jumpscares do not go out of a certain area when made like its basically a barrier of where you cant spawn a jumpscare and there is a area where they can spawn momgggbghghghghg 50 — 3y
