Why isn't the models welding?

So i have 2 models. One is a boat, and the other is a cannon. But for some reason, whenever the boat moves, the cannon slides right off. Why does that happen? I used weld constraint.

Models dont have a valid Position i weld every individual part to the other model parts. because i dont have a better solution
