How do i make an AIgunbot that attacks players?

i want to make a gunbot that attacks players by firing at them also i do not have the code for it and i want to make one from scratch also my potential gunbot has a laser pistol and i want the pistols projectiles to have travel time but also i want to make another gunbot that fires hitscan so if you want to send a script tell me if the script makes the weapon hitscan or projectile
