How to join a server where a player is in?

For more context I am trying to make a Mod-Call where you can send a message to a discord mod chat where it will link you the place the player is in to deal with the thing being reported, the problem is that I don't know what server the player is currently in, so I want to know if there is a function or thing that can make you join the player in your game or is there another way of making this?
