Fixed StampBuild not welding correctly?

Hello, I have been trying to fix the Stampbuild tool in ROBLOX and I've run into an issue when connecting blocks together, it is moving clusters of blocks around the baseplate object I've been working on when I spawn a new block somewhere on another cluster of blocks, and haven't been able to find a fix. I'm going to send the entire script as the functions connect around the entire script. The weld I'm spawning is at line 834 in the onInsertMouseMove function. Thanks in advance.
