How Do I Un-weld A item so it drops after a certain amount of time?

So I want To make an animation where you drink a potion then drop it the script works fine the only problem I'm having is with the Unwelding / destroying part. please help.

local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
local mouse = player:GetMouse()

local char = player.Character

local potion = game.ReplicatedStorage.potion
local copy = potion:Clone()

	local weld = game.ReplicatedStorage.potionweld
	local weldcopy = weld:Clone()

mouse.KeyDown:connect(function(key)
	if key == "q" then
			copy.Position = char.RightHand.Position

		copy.Parent = char.RightHand
		weldcopy.Parent = copy

			weldcopy.Part0 = char.RightHand
			weldcopy.Part1 = copy
		weldcopy.Parent = copy
		wait(1)
		char.RightHand.copy.weldcopy:Destroy()
	end
end)

Why not add the weld to debris service instead?

Maybe try this:

char.RightHand:FindFirstChild("Your Wield Name"):Remove()

You can use this or instead of remove() you can do Destroy()
