We need a Shop Gui & Inventory Gui for our Fantasy Roleplaying Highschool (Mermaid High) and also we need a Mermaid Custom Ui Design that work well with the Seashells that are mesh part. As you see is the Instrucction down below what we need
Requirements: -The system needs to save -MUST WORK FOR MOBILE USERS -Easy for us to add items in the shop ourselves -We want the items to be models/parts/meshes that we’ve made via blender. -We also need a script that lets you wear the meshes/faces as an accessory like skirts/hats/hair/faces ETC.
And Also: We need a custom Mermaid Inspired Gui Design with some text labels, text buttons, text box and some item images template, Oh We forget anything: A Currency Shop Gui! For peoples can buy currency from the shop that work well with the "Seashells" (Are Mesh Part) The Currency Shop Gui, Will mush be a Mermaid Inspiration Frames.
The Text labels, Text box and text buttons mush be roundy and in color of: Aqua, Cyan, Toothpaste, etc... Water Color or Lavender Color is appreciated! Also if you put design of Mermaid or Princess, Will be very gratefull!
The Item Image must be big, the border must be roundy in colors: Black (For the Background) and Toothpaste for the Item's Name text (Not the Background) If you put design will be fine to put it!
We can pay you no more than 13k!

Witt all of this new information and handful of systems, you'll be paying close to 10-15k... Find a designer and a programmer separately, that might cut your costs; make sure to look at the average rates to satisfy commission workers.
