How to solve a delay in looped animations?

So I use animations a lot, and sometimes I notice when I actually use them ingame if they are looped they sometimes go back to the normal position for some reason. This causes a delay and sometimes weird animations. I would like to know if there is a way to fix this or if this is just a problem with roblox itself.

Edit the animation inside and make sure that the first keyframes are the same as the last

edit: Hmm okay this has happened to me before so I fixed it but idk if this will work for you

while true do
	anim:Play()
	wait(time) -- replace 'time' with how long the animation is supposed to be
end
-- you can also do while wait(time) do
