I have never encountered this problem before, its a new one I think. Anyway,

local text = script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text

--ifs--

    if script.Parent.valspath.Value.dis.Value == true then
	script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text.Text = "Disabled"
	script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text.TextColor3 = Color3.fromRGB(170, 0, 0)
	script.Parent.Parent.barrier.CanCollide = true script.Parent.Parent.barrier.Transparency = 1
	script.Parent.Parent.Configuration.Vehicle.Value.DriveSeat:Destroy()
	local children = script.Parent.Parent.Configuration.Vehicle.Value.Body:GetChildren()
		for i, child in ipairs(children) do
			i.CanCollide = false
		end

elseif script.Parent.valspath.Value.notrec.Value == true then
	script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text.Text = "Not Recommended"
	script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text.TextColor3 = Color3.fromRGB(255, 255, 0)

elseif script.Parent.valspath.Value.rec.Value == true then
	script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text.Text = "Recommended"
	script.Parent.sign.SurfaceGui.text.TextColor3 = Color3.fromRGB(0, 170, 0)

end

Line nine,

	script.Parent.Parent.Configuration.Vehicle.Value.DriveSeat:Destroy()

has the problem. The output error is: Workspace.Lobby.S.sign.Script:9: attempt to index nil with 'DriveSeat' I don't know what this means. I attempted to search for it using the devfourm, but it came up empty.

Attempting to index nil, means what you're trying to find (this is called indexing) does not exist. Either the object hasn't loaded in so you'll have to do :WaitForChild(childName), or it doesn't exist.
