I am trying to make a timer and since this timer will be used through local scripts and scripts I put a NumberValue in the CharacterScripts folder, though I could put it in the PlayerScripts I just put it in Character, so since I don't want it to go like 1, 2, 3 I want it instead to have more decimals such as 0.93434234, 1.222244... so and and so forth but the main issue is that the script is running too slow or something weird that is just making it go really slowwwwwwwww, and I have no clue why, here is the script I used to do so.

game.Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(player)
	local Character = player.Character

	while true do
		Character.TimeStarter.Value += 0.001
		wait(0.001)
	end
end)

the lowest possible time you can wait() is 0.03. pretty sure that is why its "slow".
