I have a donation UI where players can donate amounts of in-game currency to to other players.
When players are donated any amount of the in-game currency the datastore reverts their balance to the previous amount of in-game currency they had.
Although, when I use dev console to give myself or someone else in-game currency this does not happen.
How should I go about fixing this??

Do you not realize the redundancy of asking us to solve a problem we can't see? This post is the same as asking you to pick out an outfit from my wardrobe without actually ever entering my closet. We cannot assist you until you provide the faulty program.
