I am currently making a game, does anybody know how I can make team avatars?

I am currently making a game, and have two teams, however, I am unsure how I can make it so that when someone is on the green team, their character changes, but when they're on the blue team, their character is a noob. I have already made the avatars, but am unsure how to make them show up. Does anybody know how?
