I'm just trying to tween an object, I've tweened many things before but I've never run into this problem. When the function fires as it should, it does not look to be moving, however, when I look at the part from the server-side, I see the part is moving and has been moving. Then I go back to the client-side, and the part has not moved at all.
(this is not the whole code, just the most important parts)
local GeneralTweenInformation = TweenInfo.new(
5,
Enum.EasingStyle.Linear,
Enum.EasingDirection.InOut,
0,
false,
0
)
local RightOpenTween = {
Position = Vector3.new(RightDoor.Position.X, RightDoor.Position.Y, RightDoor.Position.Z + 5),
Orientation = Vector3.new(0,0,0)
}
local RightDoorOpen = TweenService:Create(RightDoor, GeneralTweenInformation, RightOpenTween)
local OpenDoor = function()
print("Door Opening")
RightDoorOpen:Play()
LeftDoorOpen:Play()
end
while true do
local PartsInRegion = game.Workspace:FindPartsInRegion3(Region1, TDF)
for i, part in pairs(PartsInRegion) do
if part.Parent:FindFirstChild("Humanoid") ~= nil then
print("person is inside")
OpenDoor()
else
--DoorClose()
end
end
wait(.5)
end
Im really confused, cause this just does not make sense to me.
