I just need to know how to make it so when the owner of a tycoon leaves ONLY the DOOR regens so somebody else can buy the tycoon (I dont want the tycoon to regen) I need this for a game im trying to create that doesnt involve tycoons but it does involve tycoon doors that people can own but whenever I leave after I own a tycoon I still own it for some reason unlesss the server restarts.

Have you read through the base tycoon script? That would be the place to start. Your issue is specific to one script, not an over-arching issue that we can figure out.
