My spawn points aren't working properly, spawning their teams. How do I fix it?

Okay so. I made a team spawn for a black team, It works fine for a while but then it starts to spawn me at the normal default spawns. I look at the point, it says everything it setup properly, but it only occasionally spawns me there. It'll go back and forth between default spawn and the spawn pad. Any ideas on how to fix it? I have it set to black team color with neutral disabled.
