How to add to the position of a part or the CFrame of a part ?

hum.CFrame = part.Parent.ledge.CFrame + CFrame.new(0,5,0)

I want to add to the CFrames value of part.Parent.ledge to 5 at Y but I don't know how to addition with CFrames.

hum.CFrame = part.Parent.ledge.CFrame + Vector3.new(0,5,0)

You don't do addition with CFrames to my knowledge. You multiply them and it's the same as addition.
