By customize I mean the graphics, mainly color of the background or maybe even setting custom image for that

Proximity prompt has .Style property, you can set it to Custom, to copy the UI of proximity prompt, run the game, go near any proximity prompt and copy the UI from PlayerGui or CoreGui, there should be a proximity prompt, read this on how to make the thing function https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/api-reference/property/ProximityPrompt/Style
