How do I create these?
The simple script is, when an object is touched by a player, the player falls over
The possibly complex script is that I need a box to appear on the side of the screen, which says "Return to stage 1) and when you click it, it resets your score, or sets it to one.

For the first one you would use a Touched event which finds the Humanoid and then sets the property PlatformStand to true for about a second then sets it back to false.
For the second one you would have to learn how to use GUIs and leaderboards.

I have 0 experience with scripts. I need a WAY more in depth answer.
Look for tutorials and learn the basics. Then try to do this.
