One simple and one possible complex script?

How do I create these?

The simple script is, when an object is touched by a player, the player falls over

The possibly complex script is that I need a box to appear on the side of the screen, which says "Return to stage 1) and when you click it, it resets your score, or sets it to one.

This is not a request site, I would of actually gave you the script it you didn't preach about how you know nothing and not trying to learn when that is the goal of the website.
