Hello. There's a game on Roblox called Trade Hangout and you can trade items from your inventory in the game. I was wondering how would I make a system that would do that in my game. Is there a way to do that? Thanks
How would I make a trading system from inventory?

Well you have no details on what they are trading, let's say they are weapons or pets, in your player you should first have a folder containing the weapons/pets, and that it saves on exit (you probably already have that).
Then you make the Gui/UI for the trade request Gui, and then script it to where when you open that Gui you see all the players in the server, and then a button next to them saying send request, once you click it, it saves the persons username that you requested into a string value inside your script, since you pressed it, it also fires a remoteEvent in replicatedstorage and the script that catches the remoteEvent checks what thee value of the String Value's Value and then searches through the player section for the user, then going into their UI and it opens a Gui frame that shows if you would like to trade with them, it would get the users value name and save it as the TextLabel's value, igniting the server to prevote a subdiversive request, and opens the trading gui for both users.
if your still interested in hearing the rest then say yes.

He did not ask for code... he asked how he would do something like this.
