Shouldn't bad questions be redirected back to their senders and deleted?

I don't get the point of a website that helps newbies with scripting if their questions are completely stupid and don't even make sense. I swear 90% of all questions are posted by kids who have no idea how to script and put a 2 line sentence of bullcrap and then proceed to copy and paste their completely unusable script. This isn't a website to learn to script, this is a website to help with scripting.
